Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot make an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must show us proof of purchase and contact us via our Shoes AD'dict facebook page or by e-mail at ​​Contact@shoesaddict.be .


Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email or message to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then a voucher for the value of your item (s) or your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. br> Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items can be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Exchanges:
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same item, send us

via our Shoes AD'dict Facebook page or by e-mail at Contact@shoesaddict.be. And send us your article to: Rue Chenay 5, Verlaine, 4537 , Belgium.


Gifts:
If the returned item was identified as a gift during purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the donor of the gift preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift and they will know that you have returned the item.

Shipping
To return a product, you must mail it to: Rue Chenay 5, Verlaine, 4537, Belgium.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 75euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
